Why we built it
Rideshare apps made ordering a car effortless, then made the price a guess. Chauffeured car services kept the standards, and kept charging the same rate to the client who rides twice a week as to the one who rides twice a year.
No chauffeured car service in South Florida or Tampa Bay had offered its clients a membership. So we built one. MIUUM VIP is a subscription: a small monthly fee, an automatic discount on every ride, and rewards that build the more you ride, with a professional chauffeur, a fixed price and a flight-tracked pickup every time.
Five to fifteen percent off every ride, applied automatically at checkout from the day you join. If you ride often, you know what a month of chauffeured travel costs before it starts.
Every plan earns a complimentary Business Class or Business Class SUV ride as you go: every 20 qualifying rides on Personal Basic, every 10 on Corporate Plus. The fare is on us; you cover only the standard gratuity for your chauffeur.
Priority dispatch and under-2-hour booking on Personal Plus, a preferred chauffeur on request, and for Corporate Plus a dedicated line, named chauffeurs and guaranteed availability at peak times and during events.
Complimentary sparkling water on board. A birthday gift every year on Personal plans. Champagne and First Class upgrades that unlock as you ride on Plus and Corporate plans.
Corporate Basic and Corporate Plus bring the same everyday discount to business travel on one company account. Corporate Plus adds central billing and multi-rider access for the team.
Month to month, or annual with about two months free. Cancel from your account whenever you like; your benefits run to the end of the period you have paid for.

Personal or corporate, monthly or annual. Prices in US dollars; annual plans include about two months free. Every plan is billed securely and you can cancel any time.
Rewards apply to trips up to 15 miles; the free ride is Business Class or Business Class SUV and comps the fare (the standard gratuity for your chauffeur still applies). Only one reward per ride, your everyday discount and birthday gift always apply on top. Only rides $50+ count toward rewards. Memberships are billed securely by Stripe and you can cancel anytime. Milestone rewards (free ride, First Class upgrade, champagne) apply to trips of up to 15 miles; miles beyond that are charged at standard rates. Only one milestone reward can be used per ride; the everyday discount and the birthday gift always apply on top. You choose monthly or annual billing, your plan is charged when you join and then renews automatically each month or each year until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; MIUUM never stores your card. Your everyday discount is applied to every fare from the moment your membership is active.
Yes. Open your account, go to Offers and rewards and choose Manage membership; cancelling stops future renewals. Your membership and benefits stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Payments are not refunded or prorated, and once a membership ends, milestone progress and any unused rewards are forfeited.
Yes. An annual plan renews for another year at the end of each 12-month term, at the rate you signed up at, unless you cancel first. Florida's automatic renewal law (section 501.165, Florida Statutes) requires us to disclose this clearly and to remind you in writing before an annual plan renews, so we email you 30 to 60 days before your renewal date with the amount and how to cancel. Monthly plans renew each month and can be cancelled at any time.
Every plan earns a free ride after a set number of qualifying rides: every 20 on Personal Basic, every 15 on Personal Plus and Corporate Basic, every 10 on Corporate Plus. The reward is for Business Class or Business Class SUV and covers the fare for a trip of up to 15 miles; miles beyond that are charged at standard rates. The fare is comped, and the standard 20% gratuity for your chauffeur is still charged at booking. You redeem it at checkout on the site, one milestone reward per ride, with your everyday discount still applying to everything else.
Rides with a fare of $50 or more count toward your milestones. Ride counters and any earned-but-unused rewards reset on January 1 each year, so plan your redemptions before year-end. Your membership must be active to earn and to redeem; if it lapses, progress and unused rewards are forfeited.
No. When a promo code and your member discount both apply to a ride, the larger of the two is used. The birthday gift on Personal plans is the exception: it always applies on top of your everyday discount.
Companies whose people ride for work. Corporate Basic and Corporate Plus are tied to one company account and bring an 8% or 15% discount to every ride, with priority dispatch on both. Corporate Plus adds a dedicated line, named chauffeurs, guaranteed availability at peak times and during events, central billing and multi-rider access. On every MIUUM ride across Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Hillsborough (Tampa), including airport transfers, city-to-city trips and hourly bookings. The membership is personal to your account and cannot be transferred; corporate plans belong to the company account they were opened under.
